Grilled Dill Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1  large salmon fillet (about 2 pounds)
  • 1  tablespoon  vegetable oil
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup  dill dip
  • 2  tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Heat coals or gas grill.
  2. Place fish on 24" piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  3. Brush salmon with oil and sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Wrap foil securely around fish.
  5. Cover and grill fish 4 to 6 inches from medium heat for 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  6. Mix dill dip with milk until smooth.
  7. Serve salmon with dill sauce.
