Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄8 cup natural bran
- 1⁄8 cup mixed dried fruit
- 1⁄8 cup almonds or 1⁄8 cup peanuts or 1⁄8 cup walnuts
- 1⁄8 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 cup milk, to cover
- 1⁄4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄4 small banana
Directions
- Mix rolled oats, bran, mixed dried fruit, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and sunflower in to a small breakfast bowl.
- Add the milk.
- top with banana, and yogurt, drizzle over honey and serve.
- Hint: if you feel more hungry, you can make a bigger bowl of cereal by upping the amount ingredients.
