Greens and Bulghur Tian

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup bulgur
- 1 lb fresh kale
- 1⁄2 lb fresh spinach
- 1⁄2 lb dandelion greens
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 cup fresh breadcrumb
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Cook bulghur.
- Cook greens.
- Heat olive oil, saute garlic for 2 minutes. Stir in greens and bulghur. Add salt and pepper. Stir in parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.
- Put half of greens mixture in 1.5 quart casserole. Top with mozzarella cheese. Finish with remaining greens.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
