Green and White Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb small new potato
- 3 tablespoons chopped cucumbers
- 1⁄4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 scallion
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons milk
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Scrub potatoes but do not peel.
- Cook in boiling water in a covered pot for 15-20 minutes and then drain.
- Chop scallion and cucumber and combine with milk, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- Add mixture to potatoes and mix well.
