Ingredients
- 1 limes, juice of or 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 cup spinach (chop a bit)
- 1 cucumber (leave skin on)
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 bunch wheat grass
- 1⁄2 inch grated gingerroot
- 1 cup strawberry
- 1 cup cranberries
- water
Directions
- Wash everything. Put 1/4 cup of filtered water in blender, add lemon or lime juice, add cucumber, add berries then remaining ingredients, a little at a time, continue to blend this recipe makes entire days worth of your fruits and vegetables. You may drink throughout the day.
