Greek-Style Lamb Kebabs With Tzatziki

Directions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in shallow dish. Add lamb, turning to coat thoroughly.
  2. Lightly season, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate from 2 hours to overnight - the longer the better.
  3. Preheat grill plate or BBQ grill to high.
  4. Thread lamb on skewers and grill for 2 minutes each side (8 mins in total) or until done to your liking.
  5. Meanwhile, combine all tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and lightly season.
  6. Serve alongside kebabs and offer a salad.
