Ingredients
- 24 roasted red peppers, strips
- 1 lb mozarella cheese, cut into 48 1/2inch cubes
- 24 broccoli florets
- 24 slices hard salami
- 1⁄2 cup greek vinaigrette
Directions
- It might be a good idea to blanch the broccoli first. Put all ingredients in a large ziploc bag and marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Discard marinade and thread ingredients onto small skewers.
