Grandma's Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups zucchini (grated)
- 1 (8 1/2ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
Directions
- Bake @ 350
- Beat the eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick and foamy.
- Stir in all other ingredients.
