Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 large bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cube
Directions
- In a blender container combine all ingredients, except mint.
- Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
- Pour into glasses.
- Garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired.
