Gorgonzola Clam Linguini over a Bed of Chili Arugula

Ingredients
- 0.5 (8 ounce) box linguine
- 3⁄4 cup minced clams
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup gorgonzola
- 1 sliced red pepper
- 1 cup broccoli floret, chopped down into crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- olive oil
- 1 green chili pepper, minced
for salad
- 3 cups arugula
- chili oil
Directions
- cook linguini al dente.
- in a skillet, carmelize garlic and red onion - medium high.
- add chili, broccoli, red pepper, then tomato - medium heat.
- add clam.
- add gorgonzola and cook until it melts.
- fold in linguini.
- plate arugular and drip some chili oil over it.
- using tongs, place some pasta over greens.
