Ingredients
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 -2 banana
- 1 cup filtered water
Directions
- Layer ingredients in a blender in this pattern: pineapple, 1 handful spinach, yogurt, 1 handful spinach, bananas, 1 handful spinach, water. Blend well and serve over ice.
