Gingerly's Campfire Pouch Steak Dinner

This is my first ever camp-out recipe I invented on my own.. It's really good and hearty. you do not cook the noodles first

• Serves: 6-8
• Yields: 1 pouch

Ingredients

• 8  ounces beef eye round, strips
• 1 (4 ounce) package  ramen noodles, crushed
• 1  cup  matchstick carrot
• 1  red bell pepper, strips
• 1  orange bell pepper, strips
• 1  cup  diced fresh broccoli
• 2  tablespoons  McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
• 1⁄2 cup  French onion soup
• 2  tablespoons red wine

Directions

1. fold ingriedients in a foil pouch, sealing well as not to spill liquid. Cook over fire coals for 20-30 minutes.
