Ingredients
- 2 1⁄3 cups flour
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3⁄4 cup molasses
- 2⁄3 cup water
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together. Then add the remaining ingredients. Fill a mini-muffin pan about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
