  1. Place pureed peaches, ginger syrup, lime juice and peach juice or nectar in a blender and mix together. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer. When ready to serve, add the alcohol. Combine well, pour into glasses, garnish and serve.
  2. Note: You can, also, double the recipe and place the mixture into an ice cream maker and make a lot for a party. With this method, the mixture stays frozen longer and has a better consistency.
