Ginger Jelly Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 inch fresh ginger, finely grated
- 4 tablespoons fruit spread, all natural (I use St. Dalfour Four Fruits)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- Combine and thoroughly mix ingredients into a small bowl with a tight fitting lid.
- Refrigerate for several hours or over night (optional).
- If desired, serve with Recipe #415476 or your favorite granola.
- Enjoy!
