Gerden Meatballs

Yields: 30 meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup shredded carrot
- 2⁄3 cup shredded broccoli
- 2 slices bread
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed into paste
Directions
- Run bread slices through a food processor until turned into crumbs.
- In a seperate bowl, combine carrots, broccoli, garlic, and ground beef.
- Once the beef and vegetables have been combined, add and the breadcrumbs and mix well.
- Place in a cake pan and place in oven preheated to 350 F and cook for 25 minutes.
- Garden meatballs can be served with rice and steamed vegetables, but hey. It's up to you.
