Garlic Roasted Broccoli With Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 large bunch broccoli
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 475. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and garlic.
- Cut broccoli into florets and spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Pour garlic over broccoli and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast 7-9 minutes, turning once, until broccoli is tender and charred at the edges.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with vinegar.
