Fuhrman's Broccoli Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 cups , fresh or 3 cups frozen broccoli
- 8 ounces mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 (1 liter) carton squash soup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Thaw frozen broccoli or if using fresh, steam for 10 minutes or until tender crisp.
- Saute mushrooms until tender and most of the liquid is cooked off.
- Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
