Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 6 ounces pineapple juice (I prefer Dole)
- 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup frozen blackberrie
- 1⁄2 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 -3 frozen peaches, segments
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
