Fruity Sauce for Ham (Low Fat)

Ingredients

  • 3  cups  pineapple juice
  • 1 (6 ounce) can  frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 34 cup brown sugar
  • 1  tablespoon cornstarch

Directions

  1. In a heavy sauce pan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil until thickened.
  2. Pour sauce over the ham and bake.
  3. This can be used also over the ham when serving.
