Fruit Yogurt Smoothie

This is a delicious creamy smoothie, perfect as a quick and tasty breakfast.

Serves: 1

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 12 cup  fresh fruit, cut into small pieces
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1  cup plain yogurt
  • 40  g  instant breakfast drink mix (strawberry or vanilla)
  • 12 teaspoon honey

Directions

  1. Freeze yogurt for approximately 1/2 hour, or until firm.
  2. Blend "frozen yogurt", fruit and milk until smooth.
  3. Add Instant Breakfast and honey and blend until completely combined.
  4. Pour into large glass and enjoy.
