Fruit Yogurt Smoothie

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup fresh fruit, cut into small pieces
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 40 g instant breakfast drink mix (strawberry or vanilla)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon honey
Directions
- Freeze yogurt for approximately 1/2 hour, or until firm.
- Blend "frozen yogurt", fruit and milk until smooth.
- Add Instant Breakfast and honey and blend until completely combined.
- Pour into large glass and enjoy.
