Ingredients
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup frozen fruit, of your choice
- 2 tablespoons vanilla powdered soy protein concentrate
Directions
- Pour milk into blender.
- add yogurt, fruit and protein powder.
- blend until a shake is smooth.
- add more frozen fruit if the shake is too liquidy.
