Fresh Marinated Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 small yellow squash
- 1 small vidalia onion
- 1⁄2 small green pepper
- 1⁄2 small red pepper
- 1 tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cucumber
- 1⁄2 cup broccoli floret
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions
- Mix together marinade ingredients.
- Chop vegetables in a small dice. I like little squares.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Stir until vegetables are well covered.
- Marinate overnight. Stir or shake a couple of times.
