Fresh Fruit Kabobs With Poppy Seed Dip

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Kabobs

  • 6  cups  fresh fruit, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces (use strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, honeydew and or cantaloupe)
  • 6 -8  wooden skewers
  • Poppyseed Dip

  • 12 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1  tablespoon honey
  • 2  teaspoons lime juice
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoon poppy seed

Directions

  1. Arrange fruit cubes and slices alternately on skewers.
  2. For Poppyseed Dip, stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve dip alongside fruit kabobs.
