- 1 cup pitted cherries, frozen
- 1⁄4 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1⁄4 cup raspberries, frozen
- 1⁄4 cup cranberry juice or 1⁄4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Directions
- Mix all in a blender.
