Fiberlicious Smoothie

As a serious smoothie addict, I have done quite a bit of experimenting to make something both delicious and filling. While I do love smoothies with fresh fruit, this particular recipe works best with frozen fruit because of the addition of cereal. Play around with flavors of yogurt and fruit until you find a pairing that you love! My favorite is Dannon Light and Fit banana yogurt and frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries). If you want to make this low-carb, look for SoySlender brand soy milk, as it only has 1g net carbs per serving. Show more
