Fat Free Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup oats
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1⁄8 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1⁄3 cup sugar substitute
- 4 ounces nonfat yogurt (any flavor)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat oven 375.
- Spray 6 muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Combine milk, brown sugar blend, sugar substitute and yogurt.
- In seperate bowl combine the dry ingredients
- Add to wet mixture and mix till just combined.
- Divide into muffin tin.
- Bake 20-25 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 mins and remove to wire rack.
- Store uncovered.
