Fat Free Blueberry Bran Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
- 3⁄4 cup all-bran cereal
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3⁄4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, All Bran cereal, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder.
- In a another bowl, combine the yogurt, eggs, vanilla and blueberries.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet and place in muffin tins.
- Bake in a 350 oven for 16 - 18 minutes or until done.
