FAST butter sauce for meat

Serves: 3-4

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 34 cup  meat  dripping
  • 4  tablespoons butter, cut into four chunks
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. put drippings in a medium skillet, bring to a boil over medium heat, wisk in butter one chunk at a time.
  2. Continue to simmer until sauce is reduced.
  3. Season and serve.
