Fast and Easy Deviled Eggs

Yields: 12 egg halves
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip)
- salt and pepper
- green olives (optional)
- paprika (optional)
Directions
- Boil (or use an egg cooker which is amazing!), cool, and peel eggs.
- Cut eggs in half and take out yolks. Put yolks in a bowl and mash well.
- Add to bowl the mayo, salt and pepper, mix well. (Add more or less mayo to taste if you need.) Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
- Decorate with a dash of paprika and/or a green olive in the middle, if you wish!
