Everyone's Favorite Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- chicken breast, from 2 chickens
- 16 ounces broccoli, slaw or 16 ounces regular Coleslaw
- 1 1⁄2 cups red seedless grapes, sliced in half
- 1 cup diced granny smith apple, with peeling
- 1 1⁄2 cups diced celery
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup pecans
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle breanna's poppy seed dressing
- creole seasoning, to taste. (optional)
Directions
- Cook boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cube.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Chill overnight for best flavor.
- Serve with your favorite snack crackers, or stuff in tomatoes.
- Enjoy.
