Egg Pie

This is basically just a quiche but my kids like when I call it egg pie.. you can fill it with akmost anything this is just my kids favorite varation

• Ready In: 40 mins
• Serves: 6-8
• Yields: 1 pie

Ingredients

• 1  frozen pie crust
• 1  cup  chopped broccoli
• 1  cup  diced red onion
• 1  cup  diced ham
• 6  eggs
• 1⁄4 cup milk
• 1  tablespoon  Mrs. Dash seasoning mix, blend
• 2  slices swiss cheese

Directions

1. inside pie shell layer broccoli, onion and ham.
2. in a seperate bowl whisk together eggs, milk and Mrs dash.
3. Pour egg mixture over pie.
4. Tear pieces of swiss cheese and lay over mix.
5. bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
