Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen spinach souffle, thawed
- 10 1⁄2 ounces canned cream of potato soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups low-fat milk
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat yogurt
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- pepper, to taste
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to large saucepan. bring soup to boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
