Easy Strawberry or Raspberry Yoghurt Ice Cream

Delicious ice cream. I've made it using strawberries but you can use raspberries instead. I used 1 1/2 cups sugar instead of the 1 cup to take away the tanginess from the yoghurt. The recipe suggests to set aside the mixture of processed strawberries, sugar and juices for 2 hours in order to intensify the flavour of the fruit--you can skip this step. Show more
