Easy Meatloaves

A few new ingredients transform an old favorite into a weeknight wonder. To prevent the meat mixture from sticking to your hands, here's a simple trick: Moisten your hands with cold water before shaping the meat mixture into oval loaves. Yields: 4 loaves

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs lean ground beef
  • 1  cup water
  • 2  beaten eggs
  • 6  ounces Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken, cornbread, savory herbs, or mushroom & onion)
  • 14 cup  spaghetti sauce (Food.com would not allow just "Sauce" pick your favorite, original barbecue sauce, salsa or mushroom)
  •  seasoning (onion, green pepper, garlic, or mushrooms)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Mix ground beef, water, eggs, stuffing, sauce, and seasoings.
  2. Shape meat mixture into 4 oval loaves on foil-covered baking sheet; top with remaining sauce.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until loaves are no longer pink in centers.
