Easy Meat Sauce for Spaghetti

I've made many different spaghetti sauces over the years, and this one is my favorite recipe. It is super quick and easy, and tastes better than many I've made from scratch. I use either the Bertolli 5 Cheese sauce or the Classico 4 Cheese sauce as the base. I modified this from a recipe from my friend Carrie. Thanks Carrie! :)

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 1  lb  ground meat
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 3  ounces shallots
• 1 (24 ounce) jar  premium cheese flavor  spaghetti sauce
• 1 (14 1/2ounce) can Italian stewed tomatoes
• 1  tablespoon oregano
• 1  teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Brown ground meat with shallots and garlic. Drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
