Ingredients

  • 1  banana, overripe (frozen or not)
  • 13-12 cup skim milk
  • 1  tablespoon  ovaltine (chocolate flavour, for gluten-free, but I use original)
  • 2  teaspoons non-fat vanilla yogurt
