Easy Ham and Potato Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 8 ounces pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 small red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (14 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 2 cups cooked ham
Directions
- Combine yogurt, mustard and cheese in small saucepan.
- Stir the yogurt mixture over low-medium heat until cheese melts.
- Slice potatoes into 1 inch pieces.
- Heat oil in skillet. Add potatoes.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add ham and green beans to skillet, and heat through.
- Add yogurt sauce and stir to cover.
