Easy Chicken & Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb cubed uncooked chicken
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (or cheddar cheese or cream of celery or cream of chicken, whatever you prefer)
- 2 1⁄4 cups water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 cups frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots combo, or substitute your own)
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (rotini or your own favorite)
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- 1. Brown chicken in skillet over medium heat with olive oil and whatever seasoning you prefer. Once cooked, set chicken aside.
- 2. Mix soup, water, basil and vegetables and heat to a boil.
- 3. Add uncooked pasta, reduce heat to medium and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
- 4. Return chicken to the pan and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring often.
- 5. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
