Easy Cheesy Vegetable Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 64 ounces fat free chicken broth
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli
- 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 lbs fat free frozen hash browns
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 (10 3/4ounce) cans fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta reduced fat cheese product
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Place broth and frozen vegetables in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
- Add hash brown and onion and bring to a boil again; simmer for 3 minutes.
- Tempter the milk and add, along with the cream of chicken soup and cheese.
- Stir until cheese melts.
- Freezes well.
