Easy Cake Bread(ABM)

This bread reminds me of Hawaiian Bread when I use a yellow cake mix and vanilla or almond extract. The possibilities are endless.......try chocolate, lemon, caramel, etc.

• Ready In: 3 hrs 5 mins
• Yields: 1 2lb. Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 cups milk or 1 1⁄4 cups water
• 2  tablespoons butter
• 1  cup  cake mix (any flavor)
• 2 1⁄2 cups bread flour
• 2  teaspoons  yeast
• 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon  extract (any flavor) (optional)

Directions

1. Add ingredients according to manufacturers recommendations.
2. Cycle should be on white or sweet.
3. Setting should be on light.
