Easy As Chicken Pot Pie!

Ingredients
- 1 large chicken breast, cooked (or 2 small)
- 1 (14 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 medium potato
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 5 grands buttermilk biscuits
- 1 tablespoon butter
- pepper
Directions
- preheat oven to 350 F.
- chop chicken breast and potato into bite-sized pieces.
- in a medium bowl, mix together vegetables, chicken, potato, and soup. add pepper to taste.
- pour mixture into 8" X 8" square pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
- remove from oven and top with 5 biscuits. brush biscuit with melted butter and sprinkle with pepper.
- bake for additional 15 minutes or until biscuits are cooked.
