Easy and Yummy Biscuit Pizza

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can pizza sauce
- 2 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Brown and drain beef; if drained outside of pan, put back into the same pan you cooked with.
- Stir in pizza sauce.
- Seperate each biscuit and place on prepared pan.
- Top with beef mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes
- Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
