Dutch Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 5 -6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour (or more)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
- 1 unbaked pie shell
CRUMB TOPPING
- 1⁄3 cup margarine
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Heat oven to 400.
- Toss apples with lemon juice.
- Blend the other filling ingredients.
- Add apples and raisins.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- TOPPING:.
- Melt margarine.
- Add oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Sprinkle over pie mixture and slightly press down with hands.
- Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes or until topping is brown and apples are tender.
