I am a self proclaimed great cook, but terrible baker. However, ever since the apple harvest this year, I have made this pie a dozen times! It is requested almost as often as my meatballs and sauce. I usually use the McIntosh and Granny Smith combination to please a variety of tastes. The Dutch Crumb topping seals the deal to becoming everyone’s favorite desert.
