  1. Cut 1 cup of pineapple chunks in half.
  2. Add all the fruit to bowl.
  3. In another bowl mix yogurt, honey and juice for dressing. Pour over fruit and mix.
  4. Put 1 lettuce leaf in bottom of each bowl and serve fruit salad on leaf.
