Ingredients
- 4 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweetened strawberries or 2 (10 ounce) packages raspberries, partially thawed
- 2 medium bananas, sliced (2 cups)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender container.
- Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Variation: Turn this into a Double Fruit Parfait by layering the yogurt-and-fruit.
- mixture with fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries in a tall glass.
