Dosha Balancing Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1⁄4 cup almonds
- 1 1⁄2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Pulse almonds in blender until thoroughly ground. If necessary, use a spatula or a spoon to scrape the sides of the blender.
- Add yogurt and blend.
- Add bananas and blend.
- Add honey and blend.
- Pour over ice if desired and serve.
