Dixie Green Beans and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh green beans, tips removed and cut in half
- 1 1⁄2 lbs new potatoes, cut in half if large
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked ham, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup onion, diced
- 1⁄2 tablespoon rosemary
- 1⁄2 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 2 cups water
Directions
- In a medium hot pot cook ham and onion until it begins to brown (about 4-5 minutes).
- Add water and stir scraping brown bits off bottom of pan.
- Add green beans, potatoes, and seasonings.
- Cover and cook 25-35 minutes until fork tender.
