Diabetic Orange Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large mango (peeled, pitted, chopped)
- 1 large orange (peeled, wedged)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (fat free, sugar free)
- 1 1⁄3 cups skim milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (to taste)
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
Directions
- Place everything together in a food processor, blender, or Smoothie maker.
- Mix until smooth.
